The most cost effective advertising is your shop sign. When I bought my pharmacy in 2004, I worked with the sign centre team and they helped to design my sign & logo. Their work is of very high standard, they are friendly, always on hand to help and of course good value. I now sue the Sign Centre for all my signs, leaflets, posters, etc. and would recommend them to anybody.
